- Swimming: Tuesday 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
- Workout: Wednesday 18:45
- Body Awareness: Wednesday 8 p.m. (from September 15)
- Yoga: Thursday 8.15pm / Friday 4.30pm
- Gymnastics: Friday 6 p.m.
- Table Tennis: Friday 7:00 p.m.
