Our Sports
From yoga, dance, swimming to soccer, volleyball and much more, much of our activity focuses on movement as it is a natural and intuitive way to experience the bare body and feel free. In all sports, the focus is on having fun with naked movement.
- Aquagym: Monday 18:00
- Volleyball: Monday 19:45
- Swimming: Tuesday 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
- Workout: Wednesday 18:45
- Body Awareness: Wednesday 8:00 p.m
- Yoga: Thursday 20:00 and Friday 17:45
- Table Tennis: Friday 7:15 p.m
- Gymnastics: Saturday 10:30 am
- Badminton: will not take place again yet, we are still looking for a sports director for badminton (please let us know if you are interested)
