After a short warm-up, we play in teams of 2 to 4, depending on the group size. Everyone is welcome.
We play naked. Beach socks and a sports bra are no problem, of course. If you have your period, you can of course leave something on, or deal with it in your own way, just as you feel safe and comfortable.

When? Every Monday, 19:30 - 21:30 o'clock, next appointment on Mon. 05.05.

Details:In our group, advanced players play at a recreational level. Previous knowledge (solid basic techniques and rules) is desirable. After a short warm-up, we practice techniques and tactics and then move on to free play.
We play naked. Knee pads, shoes and a sports bra are of course no problem. If you have your period, you can of course leave something on or deal with it in your own way, however you feel safe and comfortable.
In the summer we play beach volleyball at a befriended naturist club and we drive out of the city for training weekends at the lake.
