When? Every Saturday, 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m

Where? Andrew High School. The gym is on the corner of Singerstraße and Krautstraße, access is from Singerstraße, between the annexe Blumen Grundschule and the gym.
We do gymnastics naked. Free for members. For guests 8€.

Historical gymnastics based on models from the German gymnastics movement of the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Free, stick, dumbbell and club exercises, based on notes by Arno Kunath, Pehr Henrik Ling, JP Müller and others.
With breathing exercises according to JP Müller.
Please bring along:
Large towel and shower utensils if required
